The Saga Continues...

Alright that took a while... whoops!
And here we go again:

Day 10- A Song That Makes You Fall Asleep
After many many trips for extra curricular activities in high school, mostly getting home between 12 and 1 AM with school the next day, I had many a opportunity to listen to songs and fall asleep. The one that would get me everytime was "Your Guardian Angel" by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. It is the most beautiful sleepy song I've ever heard. And I owe it a big THANK YOU for allowing me to get an extra two hours of sleep, despite the long bus trips.

Day 11- A Song From Your Favorite Band
I love Jack Johnson. Not just because the difference between our names is a mere two letters... that adds, yes. But that's the last concert I got to go to before making the big trek to good o' college (Not to mention I went with my best friend EVER!), and of course I don't really have a favorite favorite band, but this is one of them. My suggestions would be A) Bubble Toes - I'm totally addicted to that song. and B) Do You Remember- which Jack told us he wrote about his wife... and it makes it even more cute than it already is. Wedding playlist? Definately.

Day 12- Least Favorite Band
Nickelback. The lead singer sounds like he smokes two packs a day. Not really my muse. Yuck.

Day 13- A Song That Reminds Me of a Group of People
(Formerly Guilty Pleasure... Keeping the "G.P." theme.)
Yeah, I changed this one! For a good reason. Here's the story:
Once upon a time our high school does a little thing at the end of the year called "Senior Assembly". Basically it's a celebration of all the seniors and how awesome we are. A glorified talent show for people that you probably won't see again, if you will. So Kandice, our student body prez, gets up and says she had a little gift for us, but since she had no musical talent she was going to let two other guys from our grade play a piano guitar duet of it. The song: Soco Arametto Lime. (I might add... Kandice stole my ipod earlier that week to listen to it... so... I contributed slash kinda knew about it before hand. haha.). I just remember it like it was yesterday. The kitzkiller and I were sitting front row, center, on the floor because the autotorium was so crowded. It was the last part of the assembly, our last real day at OUR high school. And those two boys started playing this song. And when the chorus rolled around THE ENTIRE SENIOR CLASS started singing. It gave me chills. Literally.
So everytime I hear this song, I think of Uintah High School's graduating class of 2010. This is our anthem.

We're the coolest kids, and we'll take what we can get. <3

 =) Loves!
